Detective Career - Can't find and arrest suspect

Do you have Seasons? I believe the description is of the everyday outfit, so if they’re wearing hot or cold weather clothes, you need to ask to see the everyday outfit.

91vkbrk9p9ur​ There was a bug at one time that only happened when the game chose another sim in the Detective Career as the suspect/perpetrator that would prevent you from being able to arrest them and hanging up that case.  The only way around it is to cancel the case if you can or to quit the career and reenter it.   Idk if that has been fixed or not.  

As PipMenace​ said, Seasons did complicate identifying a suspect at certain times of the year due to the weather and if the sim was wearing something other than their everyday outfit.  Idk what is happening for other players, but in my game, I only seem to get one other sim on the lot on arrival anymore.  That sim is always the suspect for me. So, I just arrest them and move on.
