I did partially. As in, I enabled her to wear male clothing and gave her 2 other every-outfit to compliment the outfit she already has. That way I can see her around town in other clothing than the one she came with. In my game she or more importantly, he is pre-op transgender. His former roomates are now together and the fostercare system moved him to live in Willow Creek, which he is not overyly fond off, to live with a police captain and his wife and teenage son. That he doesn't really mind much, especially as this family is more accepting of him and who he is.

My townies and premades have to work for their place in the spotlight, though, and Darren stayed unremarkable in all my saves so far. So except for my main save they are still in their original outfit everywhere else.
