Did the CAS cheats change?

I based my entire household rotation routine on adjusting a sim's traits and more in CAS on their birthday. I'll give them just a random trait and main goal, then fine tune them in CAS. But today I'm not able to adjust these things in CAS, even if I entered testingcheats on before entering CAS via the cheat menu (alt + click, don't recall).

In cas I can change their outfits, name and walk style etc, but not traits, gender, voice etc. I used to change such details in the past. Do I use the wrong cheating code, or did they change this?
