Did the Spa Refresh take away our bath soak at home option?

I have not played much at all this entire year. Seriously, just a handful of times all year, so I have missed exactly what has and hasn't showed up and when.

I just went to have my sim achieve the Relaxation portion of the new Spa Day aspiration, and every single tub I buy does not have the option for having a bath soak. Is those only allowed at the Spa now?
