Did you ever give this sim a makeover? Photo of Paka'a Uha merfolk

I'm not sure if this sim has been patched in or if he has always been in the game since Island Living was added, but regardless I now see him in any new game save I startup. https://scontent-dfw5-2...

They appear in a new save only along with the premade mermaids that are no longer hidden.
