I started playing the Sims 4 in 2020 so I haven’t bought many of the older packs since they’re just not as good as the newer ones. But refreshing the older packs would definitely convince me to buy them! I did buy Spa Day after it was refreshed and I would do the same for Outdoor Retreat, for example.
