yes! dine out is the one they should refresh imo. spa day is one of my favorite packs and i loved the refresh, so no shade to spa day :lol: but it doesn't provide a core life simulation feature like dine out does; it's more niche. a dine out refresh would be a lot more appealing to wary/disgruntled/uninterested players and would satisfy a lot more players who already own it.
