i dont think so, as you either have to be on the lot for it to open, or need the perk you get with points for them to run smoothly without you there guiding staff. But i never tried it, so i'm not totally sure.

I don’t know about restaurants, but I know you can own more than one retail store.

James Turner did a Dine Out rags to riches lets play & ended up running a few restaurants. Don't think they were too profitable, but that could be because he kept spending the money lol.

He was getting about 1k - 1.5k from each inactive open restaurant per day. You do have to rotate between restaurants to keep the rating up though.

Ok so basically if I really want profits from a restaurant then one restaurant is the way to go
