Thank you everyone for your input so far! Looks like it will be Dine Out. I didn't seriously consider this pack when it released, because back then I didn't play with Aging off and was "scared" by sims wasting a whole day for restaurant visits. But with my current playstyle I can easily afford to lose a day.

What kind of bugs are we talking? I vaguely remember something extremely annoying/gamebreaking in regards to Sulani (where I wanted to place a restaurant), but didn't follow that back then. But if this issue only problematic for restaurant owners and not visitors, it might not concern me.
