Disable Anti-Virus?
Should anti-virus be disabled during play? Wondering what everyone does?

No. There's no reason to disable your antivirus to play a game. If the game is triggering your antivirus, just add it to its exceptions list.
If the game is triggering the anti-virus, I'd be more inclined to find out why and look into the anti-virus itself, or wonder if a pirated copy of the game is at play here. I've used a couple different anti-viruses and no game has every triggered my anti-virus.
