disable autonomous shaving?

MCCC lets you do this. If you click a sim, load the mccc menu, then click the Tuner option. Enable autonomy scan, then click on any object that lets your sim shave. You can take away any autonomous shave actions while still leaving autonomous showering on. This works for pretty much any action in the game.

I have never had a Sim do that male or female. Check in cas.fulleditmode to see what you have already set up. You could add body hair back and then unclick the hair growing box. That might work. Otherwise, I'm at a loss.
