Disappearing Tea Sets

@Cinebar, it is actually just a bug with the tea set. Since my original post I've had it vanish even when it was brand new and never been used and on lots that don't have maid service. Other people have confirmed the same thing happening in their game. No idea why it's vanishing, but it isn't maid service doing it.
