Yep, except the tea set is different in that it spoils even when there's no tea present and you have already cleaned it. They have something slightly out of wack with how it's set up. I'd never have known it was spoiling even after having been cleaned, or when completely new and unused, if I hadn't set it up to be allowed to go into a sim inventory.
