Also found this ghost in manage households? Never seen him before majority of his outfits are more or less the same cept for a few, so I assume he came prepacked with University? Perhaps a founder of one of the institutes? Also unsure if the pun of his name was coincidence or planned Felix Psyded "Feel excited?"
