Display Type

I play in Windowed Fullscreen since I like to tab out of the game a lot and work on other things while I leave it running.

I use windowed fullscreen cause I have 3 monitors and like multitasking while I play.

Windowed fullscreen. Lets you multi task while playing. Works best for me.

I play in windowed mode but not because of lag. I play that way because I can't seem to just play the sims, I also seem to feel the need to watch videos, cc shop, read the forums, etc...while I play so windowed works best for me. I have a very large screen so it works out ok. My window for the sims is larger than an average sized pc monitor screen anyway. I do a lot of graphic arts work on my pc so my hubby bought me a huge screen for multitasking. Its handy.

I play in Fullscreen because it's the only option that let's me edge scroll. I can't imagine trying to play without the ability to do that. I've always played that way. It's interesting that y'all say Fullscreen lags your computer. When I was playing on my crappy laptop, both Windowed modes made my computer horribly lag, but Fullscreen didn't. I don't know if Windowed mode would lag the gaming desktop I have now (probably not, this thing is fantastic!), but I really don't have a need to try it and see.

When I'm playing my Sims, I play offline and immerse myself in the game. I get so into it, sometimes I lose track of time and before I know it, hours & hours have gone by and I've forgotten to eat. I've had to force myself to stop and get some sleep. Ah well, I only play when Hubby's sleeping, so it's all good. I can't play when he's awake. Besides the fact I want to spend time with him and get other stuff done, I can't stand someone looking over my shoulder when I play. I have no idea why. *shrugs*

I just realized that I voted for the wrong option :D I play windowed. Not windowed fullscreen as I keep the task bar visible. It makes multitasking easiest and I want to be able to see my computer clock while I play.

I used windowed fullscreen but I also have two monitors. It's on windowed fullscreen so that whenever I do stuff on my second monitor the game doesn't minimise itself.

I used to only play in fullscreen mode, but then I accidentally happened upon windowed mode (my cat walked across my laptop). I’ve been building a lot lately to prepare for Get Famous, so I’ve kept my display on windowed mode so I can easily minimize my browser to search for cc and mods. I might switch back to fullscreen once I actually start playing with my families again.

I use Windowed Fullscreen so I can pop in and out of game easily.
