You will get options to select the desired outcome; which, fyi, usually results in the Sim being happy you agreed or telling you to go and screw yourself and they’re going to do it anyway. Also note on the second one, it will happen to elder females, as the game will just “place” the object baby* (not child) into the household after three sims days.

So basically for story progression of other households it still requires your input is what your saying? Do you notice if this effects all households or only nonplayed households? I know people used to say that if they left a household to play another one and come back to the old one only to find them change jobs ect - has anybody ever returned to a household to find they've had kids too?
