Do roommates woohoo & other households have children?

Sims call "Hey, should I have kids?" "Is marriage a great option?" Sims will call you, my sim's twin had four kids without playing.
My sim came home to a room mate making out with a girl during a party. If a sim has high relationship, can woo hoo autonomously, like your household sims. Can't answer about pregnant sims leaving, this roommate was never with a guy.
