Guru's don't do the store. You need to take that up with Origin people. Guru's make the game - you cannot expect developers to help you with the store - that is not their job and the Guru's here are for Sims 4 - Sims 3 is done. When we had the Sims 3 store it was another whole team at another whole studio. But you need to talk with people at Origin who handle the older games and purchases.

I know all this thanks. Just getting this off my chest as it were. Thoroughly sick yesterday, misread a sandwich packet, luckily just intolerant not allergic! :'(
