@Writin_Reg - can't agree with you there. Participating in TS4 polls can legitimately require an EA/Maxis account, but cannot legitimately require an account anywhere else. Or to put it another way, requiring us to give our data to yet another data-collecting corporation in order to have a say in game developments ain't okay.
