Do the Teens not get to use the "romance" action?

Has she been talking to teen boys or have they been young adults?

Adults have more traits than teens. Look at them in your friends list, you'll see how many they have even if you haven't learned what they are yet.

So I found a random person and it does give me the option. But still....how the heck do you tell?? :s

That seems like basic information that should be available on the hover pop-up in the Relationships panel. Age Category. Why does that need to be a secret?

Why doesn't the last name change for the rest of the family when they get married! I hope enough people give their opinions on this game to get these all fixed! :D

It takes a while, my teen sim tried with about 4 different chicks before he found one that he was compatible with, ... and depends on the moods too... also try going out on dates, I find with TS4 sims are more likely to accept initial romantic interactions while on dates
