Do you build your own house or do you download from gallery?

I'm a terrible builder. I've tried to improve my skills but I just don't have the knack for it. I download my houses and venues from friends and/or the gallery.

I'm a downloader but though beautiful, most lots have too much clutter and some have errors that need fixing. Love doing interior design but never focused on building and there are so many great lots on the Gallery to fill up my multiple saves and help create themes in my games. Some lots I download I never actually use in gameplay.
