Do you buy packs regardless if your playing S4 or want its content?

I buy them all on sale or put them on my gift wishlist. I guess I'm a bit of a collector, but I wouldn't buy a pack if there was nothing at all that I liked in it. So far there's always been something I like or feel I can get from a pack, even my less favourite ones, so that hasn't been an issue.
