Do you care that tanning and sunburn will not be in seasons?

It wouldn't have been a big deal on its own, but it's pilling up a bit already.
Deep snow is as essential to winter as Sunbathing/sunburn is to summer to have a full immersion in the season. Not being able to have sims lie down under the sun and not having lounge chairs yet is really not good. Swimming-pool areas without lounge chairs and/or towels on the floor for sims to sunbathe and relax is ridiculous at this point in the game.
