Nope. I only give them makeovers if they enter a family I am playing, otherwise don't really care what townies look or dress like. I just noticed there is this guy in my neighbourhood running around dressed in a suit and tie with dressy shoes and pink yoga pants. I figure he has an interesting back story to tell.
