I normally only make hair, makeup, and outfit changes to sims. However, there are cases where I'll go into fulleditmode:
1. Pre-made kids that age up badly. Usually not the fault of their parents, but of EA not checking what they'll look like aged up when creating a toddler/child. Usually Christie Sigworth and Evie Delgato.
2. Unrealistic, scary proportions. Candy Behr's waist is an example.
3. Vlad. I don't think I need to elaborate further :sweat_smile:
