Do you miss the interconnected timeline/canon and stories of the previous games?

Now, I've only started on the Sims recently, but had always been a fan of the series from afar. Having only watched other people play the previous Sims titles as a child, I only got to play my own Sim...

@LaBlue0314 That is some tale and I love it :smiley: I remember one time I let Mortimer get with Dina, something that I have remembered for years even, he died a few sim seconds after their twins were born but I moved him in with her so she didn't get the fortune she wanted.

Though I've handled my own story progression long enough that I'm good with making my own stories so if it comes I'm fine waiting if it doesn't I won't miss it. Just staying on topic.
