MCCC usually does it for me. But when Maxis added the Sims from the rebranding to the Library, I pulled out Dela and Mia and put them together; I played them briefly to make them girlfriends (they already had a high romantic bar together) then marked them unplayed. With the high romantic bar MCCC won't pair them with anyone else. They're living in a San Myshuno apartment. :)
Update: I moved Izzy Fabulous (from the Maxis library) in with Diego Lobo, used MCCC to make them good friends and sweethearts, then Diego asked Izzy to be his boyfriend. That’ll probably do it for the premades unless I find some odd connections in the EL ones.
