Full screen.
I have System Machanic Pro, that automatically runs checks on my PC every few hours. If I'm in a game - full screen - it doesn't jump in and interrupt me. I noticed it when I play my 1996 game TITANIC: Adventure Out Of Time (has to be ran in a DosBox window).
During the loading screens and such, I just come to the forum on my cellphone.
