I use full screen as very early in the game I got used to click, hold, and pull my screen to wherever I wanted to quickly go in the game (house/yard/neighborhood). Pushing against the sides/top/bottom or using arrow keys to scroll around just moved way too slow.
Using windowed mode only causes me to grab the edges too often which resizes the window!
