I am holding off on voting as I had not got into yet but it is no surprise that this is an pack that is restricted even if it is an vacation destination spot and you cannot even edit the neighborhood, the only reason I got it, I got it for half price at the price of an stuff pack as I felt that what I felt it was worth to me. :)
