Do you think Get Famous fits better in the Game Pack category?

The Sims 4 Get Famous seems like such a FUN expansion pack full of activities I cannot wait to play with. But I am seeming to get a little confused on this whole Expansion Pack or Game Pack categor...

Honestly? Money. Money defines EP's and GP's.

How much cash was put into the development of the pack regardless of what the consumer feels is what makes it a GP or an EP.
