Do you think Get Famous fits better in the Game Pack category?

The Sims 4 Get Famous seems like such a FUN expansion pack full of activities I cannot wait to play with. But I am seeming to get a little confused on this whole Expansion Pack or Game Pack categor...

I don’t see how anyone can answer this question when we’ve only seen half of the pack.
As soon as they announced get famous ppl said “it should be a gamepack” whitch to me seems it’s not a pact a lot of ppl expected.
