- No. The holiday pack has been updated enough times and now we have seasons there is literally no need for an update.
- lol We have Seasons now, so I think any kind of free updates of this kind are over... however, I think we should all get ready for the "Beach Party Game Pack" and "Winter Fun Stuff Pack"... not only will these packs contain content that should've been in Seasons to begin with, but both will require having the 'Seasons' expansion pack to access all features!

What about the people who dont have Seasons and the 3 items I listed that isn't out yet? - I actually really hope so. I know people said there was a lot of holiday content for Seasons, but I found a lot of it to be similar (the table branches are 2 separate items, with and without the candles). I'd love some stockings and a blow up yard Santa! Honestly, I even feel I could use a whole stuff pack devoted towards it (though I'm sure that would be miles away IF it ever happened after MFPs)
- Yeah even though I love christmas, I think we should get like a light festival/Diwali free update. Being able to release lanterns over a big body of water  or just into the sky.

We got Diwali items last year in a Fall update -- ground candles, hanging lights and some new outfits. My Sims adopted an Indian child (the game named him Jeremiah but I changed it to Sumit) so they're celebrating Diwali the next weekend. I set the traditions as baking (because I know that sweets are part of Diwali celebrations), telling stories, giving the gifts and one other (I think itwas Party Spirit).
More decor for international holidays would be nice in a Holiday Pack update. Also apparel; kids need their own versions of the tacky Christmas sweaters, and maybe some holiday-themed outfits for toddlers. As @catloverplayer mentioned, not everyone has Seasons so would appreciate the update, and for players with Seasons, maybe they could patch in a few more traditions along with the goodies.- I don't think we need more holiday objects. I'd say we have the essentials and if you're so into christmas you can always look for some CC. I'd prefer the devs to focus on something we /don't/ have yet instead of repeating same old every year.
- icemanfresh7 years agoSeasoned NewcomerI'd love to get stockings too. :) Bonus points if they're interactive.

We atleast need Holiday Cookies recipes. I don't know why those were left out of Seasons. - Yes, why not?! Everybody loves free content, and there are a ton of holiday stuff they didnt include in Seasons. Maybe they should focus a little bit more on other cultures too, instead of Christmas.
