Do you use pre-created rooms when building?

I haven't used the pre-made rooms at all, now that I think about it. Though after playing for a while starting out then expanding to more and more households, I got to the point where I would save a room, like a toddler room to my library, then plop it down in a different house and modify it to that house. Instead of starting from scratch over and over again. I've also started using rooms that people have made on the gallery. I always modify it to my preferences though. Yet it is awesome to see what people have created. Instead of spending 5 hours on a room, just one hour or less that someone else has creatively completed to then modify to fit the building.
