Nope. It takes me longer to adjust rooms to match my layout and interior taste, than to build it all from scratch. Besides, I enjoy making floor plans and build it myself. What I'm not so good at, or often ignore, is the exterior of a new build. If game offered house shells, where I could do the indoor planning myself, I would probably us that more often. Not building new houses very often, though...
