- Feisbukaite8 years agoSeasoned AceI ise it all the time for kids, teens, family gatherings, gardening clubs and many more.
- I forget it's there every time until I'm invited to one. Which is funny because clubs was the main reason I bought that EP to begin with.
- I used to play the groups, creating them for community lots but I got tired of it because you finally end up always seeing the same sims at the venues and there's no way of editing their activities unless your the cheef. I would have loved a group manager apart, so I could edit groups without having to get into the cheef household.
Now, I use them when I play with families for gathering and making sure the family and friends don't loose its bonds and good relationships.
I would like the groups to be updated with each new content, or else they'll become boring and almost unusefull. - I mostly buyed Get Together for the building items:) I love making old looking houses.
- Luckyissara8 years agoRising RookieI used it a few times to see how it was like, but only for the kids. It got somewhat I guess boring after a while so I stopped. I might try it again at one point and see if maybe it'll change my mind, but I kinda have doubts.
- Beardedgeek728 years agoSeasoned AceSomebody on here had a weird Bear club. I'm going to copy it in my game:
Bear Costume mandatory. Can only join if you're Mean, Evil, Insane or Childish. Activities are Mean to Everyone, Mischief to Everyone, Fight Everyone, randomly appear in parks.
I am also planning a Racoon-fishing club. Racoon costume mandatory, will be capturing frogs and fish. Will be nice to everyone except the bears, who they will fight. - danceswithchaos8 years agoNew AdventurerI actually use the club system all the time. With the club system, my sims don't suddenly leave at 9 PM (or whatever time it is), they get boosts to skills, and the sims that are members but that I'm not playing also will earn skills while I'm not playing them (which I love). It is the perfect way to make friends and fulfill the friend of the world aspiration. Have a future couple in mind? Make them join the same club. It's great.
I was very annoyed Cats and Dogs only allowed a new "earn Vet skill faster" perk but did NOT add it or any pet interactions to the club activities list... It seems like a huge oversight. - I love using clubs but try to avoid the "Insider" trait as it's very persistent! Generally, I'll make childhood or teenage friend groups and often have to wait around for a while for them to age up after my Sim does. I loved the feature to age up any friends - was that in Sims 2 or 3??
Anyway, I sometimes go hunting for creative club ideas within the community. - ChadSims28 years agoSeasoned RookieI use it all the time its the only useful system Sims 4 has added in a expansion my only issue with it is it has not been updated to allow toddlers into it and sadly never will.
