I've use the PMP trait on a number of my Sims and the Prowling Peepers I like to use on my Occult Sims.
The scare seeker lot challenge I like to use alongside the spooky lot challenge. It always gives me a chuckle when I see my Sims jump around and run with their arms waving about 😆😆
All the others don't really interest me much.
