I had four drowning deaths that were all unexpected.
I had a sim die from a grill fire that was unexpected.
I think the most memorable unexpected death I had was, with my sim Andrew Jones. There were a few broken things in the Jones house, and I had queued them up for Andrew to fixed, and I went and focus on another sim in the house, and he must of got shocked fixing the radio/TV because when working he was working on a radio upstairs, I got brought over and there he was dying from electrocution. I had his wife plead with the grim reaper and he got spared and stayed among the living.
And then, a while later, there was another almost unexpected death involving the same sim; Andrew Jones was my first (and only) time experiencing death by hysteria. His wife pleaded with the grim reaper again so it didn't stick.
