When I first installed Horse Ranch, I got a horse for this Animal Enthusiast I had who is also High Maintenance. I thought it was the perfect fit for her. I got a high maintenance sim who lives alone with 4 horses... my "the training grounds" story, btw. I noticed he gets annoyed at times, but I was not aware he might drop dead some day! I better move someone in with him - to secure those horeses...
