Do your Sims ever start feeling kinda bland after a while?
It happens to me after I've been playing the same exact family for a long time. I usually try to switch out a trait or two to keep things fresh. What do you guys do to combat this?

I can completely relate. I've actually begun playing rotationally, a week in game per family, to combat this. Because after too long, even on normal lifespan, I find things get a bit stale. After I cycle through families generally feel pretty new again. If it happens with my legacy family (who I love to death but get sick of sometimes) then I'll take a break from that save and play somewhere else. Good things to try out are challenges, aspirations, or careers you haven't done before.
