Do your sims exercise?
Do your sims jog to slim down? Get centered with yoga? Shoot hoops for fun? Swim, box, climb or spar?

It happens, but not very often... Have been thinking to let them exercise more, but unless there is a work out machine in the same room, I keep forgetting... The only exceptions are sims with Athlete aspirations.
