Do your sims jog to slim down? Get centered with yoga? Shoot hoops for fun? Swim, box, climb or spar?

Kinda depends on the Sim. Some I want very active and workout ever day. Some gain weight and don't exercise. Some I enter cas.fulledit and cheat back myself because I'm too lazy to put the work in?
