@LennyOgg your Oasis Springs sunset picture is absolutely stunning! 😍
@simsplayer818 I was mildly upset with not being able to travel between worlds in TS2 (mostly because I wanted to reunite Bella Goth with her family), but Sims 2 had such amazing gameplay that I didn't mind too much. With TS3, it was such a letdown after TS2 that I noticed the inability to visit another world more than I did with TS2. TS2 distracted me enough so I didn't mind! At least there was always the vacation places to sometimes visit, as I did really enjoy TS3's World Adventures!
I loved Butstin' Out! I remember playing every job and location, and I insisted on having 2 children for every location, with names themed to each location! I also loved how they did the loading screens in that game where it would show your Sim driving either a scooter or a car and it looked like they were actually traveling, but it was just scenery whizzing by like in a cartoon that repeats the background when the characters are running! 🤣
I am so happy you are enjoying Forgotten Hollow and Moonwood Mill! 🥳 Forgotten Hollow is very small, but it has a wonderful atmosphere, and it really feels like it could be a secret location!
Moonwood Mill is just beautiful! I love that Maxis reached out to Sims players/content creators like James Turner for the builds in this world! 😀

Mount Komorebi is also absolutely stunning. We spent last (last) winterfest and new year there :3

@LennyOgg OOH all those pictures are nice, especially the one with the sunrise or sunset with the purple & orange! 😍 Thanks for sharing!
@simsplayer818 , Yes! I forgot about the hot tub in the back of the limo! 🤣 Sims Bustin' Out was crazy! 🤪 It was also nice because Bell & Mortimer showed up in the game and you had to live with them for a while. - simsplayer8182 years agoHero@PugLove888 Yes I loved the house where you stayed with Bell and Mortimer! That was the one with the amazing Hollywood style view if I remember correctly. Loved that game ❤️.
- simsplayer8182 years agoHero@LennyOgg Great images! I love Mt Komorebi too. I like to send my Sim on a hike and use first person camera to get a really good look around at the scenery ⛷️.

Even though we'd been a bit disappointed that we got another desert world, we stayed for two months in Chestnut Ridge ^^'
The Boys and Adriano, the llama, had been homeless, on the run from the Council and had nowhere else to go ö.ö'But soon the goats found them and things lightened up :3

And then we found the horses! Both, the goats and the horses, still accompany us 🐐 🐎 💞

@simsplayer818 , sorry I didn't reply for a while. I had to take a long break due to computer issues.
I think The Goths' house was one of my favorites, but then again , they are one of my favorite families in the Sims franchise! I love the atmosphere as well! A few months ago I saw a Let's Play YouTube series that was someone named Whiney Brit playing The Sims Bustin' Out! It brought back a lot of good memories! ❤️ - simsplayer8182 years agoHero@PugLove888 No need to apologise 😁 I hope your computer is sorted now. I must look for that YouTube video of Bustin Out! I don't look at much Sims stuff on there, which is funny because I find it essential for recent Mario games. I don't know why I don't look up many Sims videos too. But that sounds like a good one to check out!

@simsplayer818 I do watch some Sims on YouTube (YouTube videos were responsible for me having to get The Sims 2, after all, and that turned out to be my obsession! 🤪😅) But I don't watch as many as you would think. When I do watch a Sims 4 YouTube video, it often is not a Let's Play and instead I'm more likely to watch a news video, a review video, a building video, or a video on lore. But even then, I usually don't watch actual gameplay in Live Mode unless it's from a person in the EA Creator Network that got access to play an advance copy of a pack, or somebody really wacky like Call Me Kevin. 🤣
But the exception to that is when I'm feeling nostalgic for old Sims games like Bustin' Out or Sims 1 and Sims 2, or the Urbz, My Sims, or Sims Medieval. So I enjoyed Whiney Brit's play through of Sims Bustin' Out! I was in a nostalgic mood one day! ❤️ - simsplayer8182 years agoHero@PugLove888 The nostalgia! I wish they'd re-release them. I have some free time on Saturday morning and that's what I'm going to watch. It's not quite the same as playing them but I'm still looking forward to it anyway.

@simsplayer818 I hope you were able to see the videos of her Sims Bustin' Out play through, and that you had a nice trip down memory lane! 🥰
- cbarber8911 months agoSeasoned Ace@PugLove888 I'm obsessed with Whinybrit at the moment, though she is very much a storyline creator she has got an incomprehensible imagination. Very captivating and addictive, she even has a merissa fishwater but be a good starting point if you've never seen her videos or fancy something....interesting 🤣🤣
- cbarber8911 months agoSeasoned Ace@PugLove888 Oh sorry I just saw your post on the other page mention her 🤣🤣 great minds think alike and all🤣🤣
- PugLove88811 months agoHero (Retired)
@cbarber89 , I mostly have watched her "retro" playthroughs, for Sims games like Butstin' Out and the Urbz and a few others. I also will watch people play Sims 1 and Sims 2. 🥰 It is funny that we both found WhineyBrit independently and recommended her to each other! 😂
- cbarber8911 months agoSeasoned Ace@PugLove888 🤣🤣 yeah been a fan for a while, there's just something about her sense of humour, it certainly mirrors how I play sometimes 🤣

@cbarber89 yes! She certainly has a knack for picking out a humorous turn of phrase or word! 😂
