Does anybody else not receive the pizzas they order?

Whenever I order a pizza there's a 80% chance I don't get it! I give up! I pick up the phone, order the pizza, choose the flavour I want and it says your pizza is on its way but it never comes. Especi...

That did happen to me last week, the one time I had my sims order a pizza. My sim did live in Britechester at the time.
I did remember it being a bug that was fixed a while back, at least I think so? But I suppose it's broken again.
