In some areas it's great and in some areas underwhelming. My problem is if I don't watch sims at all times or don't play them for long, nothing really happens to them. I remember before if you left them alone or didn't play that household for too long, something bad or hilarious would happen. Another complaint I have is interactions, they're too much recycled. There needs to be more animations, big and small, like sims 2. I like cooking animation in sims 4, it's really detailed based on skill or mood.
