How do you guys maintain your gardens?! I only recently got my sim into it and she had about 8 plants and 2 trees, but it was such a chore to water them every day and tend to them. I dont want to hire a garden professional either because I wanted my sim to take pride in her garden but after 2 days of having to do other things the garden started going downhill.
I do use a sprinkler mod (from Brazen Lotus) but with sprinklers coming in Seasons I might not need it. With the sprinklers coming in the pack, that should make watering less of a time drain especially for large gardens. Once you get high enough in Gardening skill you'll get the Tend Garden interation where Sims will automatically do what needs to be done (weed/water) then it's just a matter or watching for the sparkling plants which means they're ready for either harvest or evolution.
