Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

I spent two hours this morning (3-5 am, yet) trying to get the game to resolve the "Mods Disabled!" error...so, no. I can't play without my little tweaks and GTA-esque content anymore. :D
