Does anyone still play completely vanilla? (PC/MAC Players)

I've always been curious if anyone else playing vanilla? Have you always played this way or do you go back and forth with Mods and cc from time to time? What do you do to make your vanilla game fun? ...

My game is vanilla, except for using one tiny aspect of MCCC. I play lots of houses in a very long rotation so I use it to stop the decline of relationships whilst I am away playing someone else.
