Does it commonly happen that other doctor diagnose patients in everyday clothes?

Hehehe, not very often in real life, but it occurs a lot in The Sims 4. I haven't played the doctor career in a very long time, but I remember it happening in my game more often than needed. Maybe it's considered a glitch, maybe it's not programmed well, I can't be sure. I find it quite funny, to be honest. :D
