Does Move Objects related lots list as Custom Content??

No, using BB.moveobjects does not count as custom content.

It's also worth mentioning that In Sims 4, CC does not 'come with' lots or sims when you download them from the gallery, even if you download a lot or gallery that was made with CC. So you wouldn't get CC that way.

I suspect that there are certain objects in the game that do flag as custom content, possibly when using debug or hidden object cheats, but I don't know for sure.

The reason I believe this is because I once used a single mod to unlock the hidden CAS wardrobes, made some Sims, removed the mod, and one of my households flagged as having CC. No matter what I do I can't seem to get the flag off. I don't think this was intended so it's probably some kind of bug, but still frustrating, as it's a full household of 8 Sims and I don't know what item is causing it.

Ok.. I might of figured it out. In the process of moving items out of the house inventory onto the lot, along with the items in the Sims' inventory onto the lot (Since these things are lost when uploading a lot or Sim) If I uploaded the lot before pulling those items, it didnt have the Wrench icon for Custom content. Which is weird as there isnt any CC content in either inventory. What there is however, are the crafted objects like the Cards kids can make, Seasonal decorations they can make, and some Photos of the Sim Family from the lot. Which I dont see why the photo's could possibly be considered as the lot already has some and doesnt list with Custom Content with those decorations. I dont feel like going thru every object to narrow down which is causing the issue but, it definitely doesnt make sense.

Probably the photos. Those are unique to your game and do not exist in the game's catalog at all (because obvioiusly the game can't create the photo until it knows what you are making a photo of).

The same would be true for any paintings you made from reference.

Yah, it seems that personal inventory and hanging on the wall are different. There's a thread here where others reporting the same issue years ago.

Well doing a bit more testing, the reasoning behind what is treated as Custom with this doesnt make any sense. I have one Lot and household where I have a variety of photos, and this:

Is completely fine.

But in this room. If the Large Print on the left is in the room, its CC.
Meanwhile the three photos on the top of the Desk, are perfectly fine.

I also moved the three photos on the Desk to the Wall, perfectly fine. Putting other photos on the Top of the Desk, Nope, CC.

If someone from Maxis wants to get hold of to test what's going on here, can upload the lot, just let me know.

In short: Every photo you take while having any mod or CC installed will be permanently classified as CC. So I reckon you took that photo while you had that mod installed to unlock certain CAS items. It cannot be undone, the photo will permanently be seen as CC.

Nope. No Mods, No CC. That isnt it.

The only thing in my Mods folder is a file called "Resource.cfg"

@EverclearBoy If you deselect "Custom Content" and "Script mods". Save the game and reload. There should be no "CC" flag. Anything the game considers to be "CC" will be deleted.

The same as when you load a lot or room or household off the Gallery and you don't have certain 'packs'. Those are deleted, (sometimes substituted for what you have.)
